European magazine prepares a special issue dedicated to Kazakhstan

For the first time, one of Europe’s leading lifestyle and automotive magazines - Porschist Magazine will release a special issue entirely dedicated to Kazakhstan. The full edition will present our country to a broad international audience as a promising destination for travelers, admirers of modern architecture, nature, and cultural heritage.

The magazine’s film crew visited several tourist locations across the country, including the cities of Almaty, Astana, and Turkistan, as well as the Almaty and Akmola regions. Captured in the spotlight were picturesque landscapes such as the Zailiyskiy Alatau mountains, Charyn Canyon, and Burabay National Park, along with architectural landmarks like the Mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi, the Bayterek Monument, the Karavansaray complex, and the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation.

The content of Porschist Magazine will showcase Kazakhstan’s tourism potential, highlighting the synergy between automotive culture, lifestyle, and cultural heritage.

Particular attention has been given to automotive culture. Today, Kazakhstan is home to at least 5000 Porsche vehicles, reflecting the growing interest of local car owners in the brand and creating opportunities for further international collaborations in tourism, media, and the automotive community.

«The magazine’s editorial team is producing this issue at its own expense. We, in turn, together with tourism offices from five regions and a number of private partners, ensured the logistics and organization of travel across the country. Thanks to this synergy, Kazakhstan will be introduced to an international audience on the scale of a full special issue», - noted Daniel Serzhanuly, Acting Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC Kazakh Tourism.

The project was initiated by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Belgium and actively supported by regional tourism offices and private partners: Air Astana, Almaty Tourism Bureau, Visit Alatau, Open Turkistan, Karavansaray Turkistan Hotel, Visit Astana, Visit Aqmola, Porsche Centre Astana, and Porsche Club Kazakhstan.

The release of the special issue is scheduled for March 2026. The materials will also be published on the magazine’s official website and digital platforms.

It is worth noting that Porschist Magazine has been published since the early 2000s in Belgium and reaches a wide audience in France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Monaco, and other countries. Previous special issues have featured Australia, India, Saudi Arabia, and Curaçao.
