Kazakh pianist and composer Temirlan Beisenbai, who performs under the stage name Ratovich, together with travel blogger Adlet Rakhmetolla, presented a new video project. It was filmed in one of the most picturesque natural locations in the country - the Bozzhyra tract.
Against the majestic landscapes of Bozzhyra in the Mangystau region, Ratovich performed the famous composition “Cornfield Chase” by composer Hans Zimmer from the film Interstellar. The creative initiative aims to promote the natural beauty of Kazakhstan, inspire travel across the country, and foster a respectful attitude toward the environment.
Kazakh Tourism, the Mangystau Region Tourism Department, and the Rixos Water World Aktau hotel complex provided organizational and logistical support for the project.
«Today, tourist locations in Kazakhstan are increasingly becoming venues for creative productions. In September, the Bozzhyra tract hosted the filming of a television project by Dimash Kudaibergen and one of China’s largest TV channels, Hunan TV. Such initiatives help promote natural and cultural heritage and inspire more people to discover the beauty of Kazakhstan», - noted Acting Chairman of the Management Board of NC Kazakh Tourism Daniel Serzhanyly.
This is not the first project of its kind in Ratovich’s work. In 2022, the musician performed his own composition and presented the Katon-Karagai National Park in East Kazakhstan to viewers.
Bozzhyra is one of the most recognizable and impressive places in Kazakhstan. Thanks to its unique terrain and rock formations, the landscapes of the tract are often called Martian views. The cinematic scenery of the plateau attracts not only travelers but also creative professionals.
