Kazakhstan’s gastronomic tourism attracts the attention of international media

Channel One’s TV project “Chefs on Wheels” featured Kazakhstan. An episode about the gastronomic and tourism culture of Almaty has already aired.

In the program, renowned chefs explored the gastronomic culture, history, and tourism infrastructure of the metropolis. Viewers can see the Almarasan hot springs, the Arbat pedestrian street, the Green Bazaar, and the AUYL national cuisine restaurant.

This Sunday, a separate episode about the cultural and gastronomic features of Astana is expected to be released.

Filming of the TV project took place last year. The program introduces an international audience to the country’s cultural landmarks, gastronomic traditions, and tourist destinations.
