The third information tour with the participation of 23 tour operators from different regions of Kazakhstan has ended. During the period from November 22 to 24, the participants of the infotour studied the Shchuchinsk-Borovskaya resort area from the point of view of a tourist. Representatives of the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Kyzylorda, Karaganda, Taraz, Shymkent, Kostanay, Petropavlovsk, Semey and Ust-Kamenogorsk got acquainted with the new offers of the local tour community. On the first day of the tour, a presentation of the Akmola region and the Shchuchinsk-Borovskaya resort area was held, as well as a platform for b2b meetings was organized, following which memoranda of cooperation with regional tour operators were signed. In order to study the resort area in practice, the participants of the information tour went on an excursion, during which they visited the open-air museum "Botai Burabai", consisting of 7 dwellings of the Botai era. After that, the group visited the "Stone Aul", got acquainted with the glade of Abylai Khan, and visited the Blue Bay. In addition, the excursion program includes climbing Mount Bolektau and a walk along the mountain trail along the shore of Lake Bolshoe Chebachye. Also, the participants visited a maral breeding farm, where they tried phyto teas and medicinal tinctures based on pantocrine. The excursion on this day ended in the fabulous residence of Santa. The program of the second day of the information tour was completely devoted to the inspection of sanatorium and hotel complexes located at the foot of Okzhetpes Mountain, near the shores of Borovoe and Bolshoe Chebachye lakes. During the day, tour operators carefully studied the offers of local holiday homes, comparing prices with a wellness and cultural and entertainment program. Thus, tour operators have compiled their shortlist for further work on attracting tourists. The final point of the inspection was the ski jump, which was put into operation last year. On the last day of the information tour, the participants had a trip to the village of Zerenda. Here, tour operators saw successful examples of public-private partnership, where many objects are intended for family recreation and organization of children's camps. Thanks to state support, some facilities have been modernized, modern holiday homes are appearing on new sites. However, the organization of a comfortable stay requires careful planning. For example, the head of the "Parus" camp, Kairat Sultanov, spoke about the risks of winter tourism, and immediately advised tour operators to be careful in organizing transport logistics: due to bad weather in winter, diesel-powered buses and motor vehicles often cannot go to the highway. In this regard, it is recommended to use the train, and the administration of holiday homes, in turn, is always ready to meet guests. Almagul Yeseneeva, a tour operator from Kostanay, is impressed by the dedication of local entrepreneurs (the village of Zerenda) and their careful attitude to nature. "It's nice to see how much love people here have for their work. After all, such an approach is necessary for the development of domestic tourism. Having seen with our own eyes the natural beauty and being convinced of the friendly attitude of the administration of hotel complexes, we can send our clients here with a calm soul. And not only domestic tourists, but also foreign citizens, " Almagul Yeseeneva notes. Having learned more about the tour potential of the resort area of Burabay and in the village of Zerenda, the participants of the infotour came to the conclusion that the region has all the prerequisites for the formation of a new direction in the domestic market. Despite the busy program, the regional tour operators managed to get all the necessary information and exchange contacts for further cooperation. According to Meiramgul Zhalgaskyzy, such information tours are very useful. "It is very pleasant that the Committee of the Tourism Industry and the national company "Kazakh Tourism" responded to the request of the tour community and organized information tours around Kazakhstan. It would not be possible for us to travel independently and study each route ourselves. I would like to thank you for the opportunity to test tour products in practice, which we are ready to work on in the future," concluded the director of the Moscow tour operator. It is worth noting that the Shchuchinsk-Borovskaya resort area was included in the TOP 10 priority regions of the tourist information map. As the head of the tourist information center Yerlan Musipov noted, it is planned to develop 4 basic tourism zones here: a sanatorium-resort zone, a zone of decent rest, a sacred-protected zone and a natural zone. "In order to ensure the attractiveness of the Burabay resort and year - round loading with the involvement of business, the concept of "Four Seasons" is being implemented, " the head of the TIC shared during the presentation. Also, according to him, this year 52 events were held in the territory of the Akmola region, including 13 anchor and 38 event events. Recall that the national company "Kazakh Tourism" with the support of the Committee of the Tourism Industry of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducts a series of information tours to stimulate domestic tourism. By the end of the year, it is planned to hold another information tour with the involvement of regional tour operators and the media.
